GDPR on Rajče

In connection with the GDPR, we have adjusted and expanded the rules and the terms and conditions of privacy for you.
We encourage you to read them and review your account settings.

Summary of major changes:

  • New privacy terms and conditions: We have adjusted the rules and the terms and conditions of privacy for you into a clearer and simpler form, together with a clear summary and quick links to individual parts of the content.

  • Clearer account settings: In the account settings, you can clearly find and change your information and settings that you have stored with us.

  • Schools, kindergartens, associations: In most cases, it is not necessary to stop uploading your photographs to Rajče. You do not even need any additional contract with us under Art. 28 of the GDPR because our service operates in the mode of the information society service and we are not, from your point of view, a so-called personal data processor, but an independent controller. However, this does not mean that you will lose control of the photographs placed in our service. We only use these photographs to operate our service and you can delete these photographs at any time (you can find out how our service backups work in the privacy terms and conditions). You should always think about how best to comply with the GDPR when handling photographs. Therefore, for example, select only those photographs that do not show the affected persons in inappropriate situations. Albums on our server can be hidden and provided with an access code. You can then share the code and login name for that album only with the people in the photographs or their parents. Also, think about how long you can make your photographs available for download. We recommend keeping only news photographs from publicly available events in open albums.

The Regulation comes into force on 25 May. By using our services to this or a later date, you agree to the updated rules and acknowledge the new privacy terms and conditions. In case of any further questions, do not hesitate to contact us at info@rajce.net or by directly contacting the personal data protection specialists of MAFRA, a.s. at osobni.udaje@mafra.cz.
